The water type is Sodium Chloride Spring, known for being gentle on the skin, with low irritation.

Taxes

When staying overnight, a bathing tax and an accommodation tax are required at checkout.

Accommodation Tax
Since June 1, 2026, an accommodation tax has been required under Nagano Prefecture and Hakuba Village ordinances. Room rate (per person, per night)
¥6,000 or more, under ¥20,000: ¥200
¥20,000 or more, under ¥50,000: ¥400
¥50,000 or more, under ¥100,000: ¥900
¥100,000 or more: ¥1,900

Is It Wheelchair Accessible?

Unfortunately, the hotel is not wheelchair accessible. There is an elevator, but stairs must be used at the entrance.

Can I Stay Alone?

We offer Standard Double and Economy Double rooms.

About Smoking

No Smoking Throughout the Hotel All guest rooms are non-smoking. A semi-outdoorsmoking area is available.

Can I Stay With a Pet?

Staying with pets is not permitted.
